Bank of the West Center

Consensus Planning partnered with Argus Investment, AMC Development, Sedberry and Associates, Rodey Law Firm, and FBT Architects to prepare and represent an application for a City of Albuquerque Metropolitan Redevelopment Bond in January 2018. A creative funding mechanism, the MR Bond will facilitate a $30 million development and redevelopment effort for the Bank of the West Center located between Lomas Boulevard to the north, Roma Avenue to the south, 3rd Street to the east, and 4th Street to the west. We are excited for the catalytic possibilities this type of private investment will bring Downtown Albuquerque.
