Construction for the first phase of the 81-acre baseball complex located on Albuquerque’s west side is underway. This Landscape Architecture project designed by Consensus Planing is being constructed by Bradbury Stamm Construction. The Montclair Master Planned Community will be a 1,300 acre mixed use development in southern Carlsbad, NM. As part of the Master Planning process a community meeting was held on April 18th, 2017. The community meeting was held at the City of Carlsbad Library Annex and included an open house, presentation, and question and answer session. Key elements of the plan were presented including land use, design guidelines, street sections, parks and entry treatments, landscaping, and infrastructure. The plan was well received, and the overwhelming feedback was that the community was excited to see the project developed out. With the support of the community the planning team will be moving on to approval and adoption process. The following boards were presented at the meeting.

The City of Grants is located along historic Route 66 in Cibola County, New Mexico. Consensus Planning is currently working with the City and Grants MainStreet on creating a Metropolitan Redevelopment Area Plan for the Santa Fe Avenue corridor within Downtown Grants.
