Charlene Johnson has experience in data research and analysis, community engagement processes, and long-range planning. She is a native New Mexican and is passionate about her work with small cities and rural counties throughout New Mexico. Her focus is on providing research and analysis, technical writing, and development of community outreach strategies and surveys for the firm’s Comprehensive Plans and Metropolitan Redevelopment Area Plans. Char has worked on numerous supportive housing projects that address homelessness and vulnerable populations in Albuquerque, and assists on securing project entitlements, including zone map amendments, variances, and conditional use applications for our private development clients.
