Consensus Planning developed a school locator mapping application for Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS) designed to allow website users to search for an address to find their school of attendance as well as view school location and school boundary information.

We also developed an internal web mapping application which hosts the school’s GIS data including boundaries, locations, and school owned properties which can be securely accessed by RRPS Facilities staff.

Consensus Planning also provided support to RRPS for redistricting analysis. By performing a geocoding analysis of the district’s student population, we were able to outline enrollment and transfer trends. We performed spatial analysis on this data to provide provided detailed information for various redistricting scenarios.
