Jacqueline Fishman has a deep breadth of planning and project management experience on complex, multi-disciplinary, community planning and private development entitlement projects. Jackie co-leads the firm’s planning group, facilitates the firm’s long-range, community planning efforts, and has been the primary author on dozens of approved plans and studies for cities, counties, and tribes throughout New Mexico, including Comprehensive Plans, Metropolitan Redevelopment Area Plans, Downtown Master Plans, Master Development Plans, Affordable Housing Plans, and economic development and feasibility studies. Jackie is an avid practitioner of active listening and works extensively with neighborhood groups and diverse communities to establish rapport and build trust. She regularly represents and obtains approval for projects before governing bodies and planning commissions. She is registered with the American Institute of Certified Planners (#12838).
